Screw air compressor composition system and  maintenance 

         An oil-injected screw air compressor unit is mainly composed of two parts: the main machine and the auxiliary machine. The main machine includes the main machine and the main motor of the screw air compressor.  systems and electrical systems, etc.

Daily maintenance of the whole machine

1.500 hours of operation

 (1) After the new machine is put into use, replace the filter for the first time

 (2) Remove the air filter and clean it, use low-pressure compressed air below 0.2Mpa to blow it clean from the inside out

 (3) Replace lubricating oil

2.1000 hours of operation

   Clean air filter

3.Run for 2000 hours or 6 months

 (1) Replace the air filter element and filter

 (2) Fill the motor with grease

4.Run 3000 hours or 1 year

 (1) Replace the oil and fine separator

 (2) Replace the screw oil

 (3) Replace the air filter and oil filter

 (4) Check the relief valve

 (5) Check whether the protective differential pressure switches operate normally

Routine maintenance of electric motor

1. The surface of the motor should be kept clean

2. When the thermal protection and short-circuit protection of the motor operate continuously, the cause of the fault should be checked, and it can be put into operation after the treatment is completed.

3. Ensure that the motor bearings are running in good condition

4. After the motor runs for 2000 hours, the lubricating oil should be replenished

 (1) When filling oil, use a grease gun to inject oil into the oil cup

 (2) Before filling oil, remove the oil plug on the oil discharge pipe, connect the plastic pipe to lead the oil out

 (3) After filling the oil, reinstall the oil plug
