How does the air in the air compressor circulate?
As we all know, the working principle of the compression cavity of the air compressor is based on the extrusion principle. The side contours of the active shaft and the passive shaft of the rotor are spiral, and they are driven by the electric motor and the transmission mechanism to coincide with each other and rotate without friction.
In this way, the air entering the rotor is continuously reduced in the direction of the air flow because of the continuous shrinkage of the spiral space, so that the air pressure increases accordingly, so as to reach the required maximum pressure. How does the air in the air compressor circulate?
Air circulation inside the air compressor
① Air intake filter
The intake filter ensures that the air drawn into the compression chamber is clean and filtered.
② Intake control valve (frequency conversion unit)
The intake valve plays the role of one-way intake instead of loading and unloading and control.
③ Compressor rotor
Acts as compressed air.
④ Oil and gas barrel
In the oil and gas barrel, the oil and compressed air are separated due to the difference in gravity, which acts as a preliminary separation.
⑤ Oil and gas separator
Play the role of separating the remaining oil in the compressed air.
⑥ Minimum pressure or no check valve
When the system pressure rises to 4.5bar, the valve opens to accelerate the formation of system pressure and ensure the lubrication during startup. On the other hand, after the air compressor is stopped, the check valve prevents the compressed air from flowing back from the air pipeline outside the machine to the air compressor.
⑦ Cooler
Play the role of cooling compressed air. During the cooling process, the moisture contained in the compressed air turns into condensate and flows out.
⑧ Air supply valve
Use the air supply valve to isolate the air compressor and the air pipeline outside the machine.
